EcholoN - Enterprise Application Framework for Digital Business Processes and Line-of-Business Applications

EcholoN is an enterprise software platform developed by mIT solutions GmbH in Germany. It combines proven business solutions and process templates with the flexibility to implement company-specific processes and individual line-of-business applications on a shared technical foundation.

Organizations can start with established EcholoN solutions for areas such as Enterprise Service Management (ESM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service, Field Service and Quality Management, adapt them to their requirements, and extend the platform step by step with additional applications.

At the core is the EcholoN Enterprise Application Framework. It provides reusable components for data and information structures, users and roles, workflows and automation, user interfaces, business logic and integrations. Existing ERP, CRM, SAP, monitoring and other business systems can be connected through APIs, interfaces, web services and connectors.

EcholoN supports different levels of configuration and development on one platform:

• Low-Code for extended business logic and automation

• Pro-Code for custom modules, integrations and line-of-business applications

This approach combines the structured starting point of standard software with the adaptability of an application platform.
