Over 2.5 years, we worked with board and management to turn around the company from flat-lining revenue and negative EBIT to high single digit growth and 15% EBIT. Toward the end of our engagement BoConcept was acquired by a private equity firm at 8x the Enterprise Value they had going into the collaboration. 2) Strategy as a Service. We design, plan and run the annual strategy cycle: from opportunity exploration and strategy formulation through operationalization and supporting major strategic initiatives.
