Scoop Social’s Employee Advocacy Program enables organisations to leverage the power of social media for their brands such that customers hear the messages organisations want them to hear coming from people they know and trust. At the core of the program is an easy-to-use online platform (desktop & mobile) into which selected employees can log in, typically weekly, and share the new content that’s been pre-approved and uploaded, with their personal networks. For the employees it’s no more than five to ten minutes work, and the platform does the rest. The platform can even schedule their posts/tweets/updates through the week so they don’t have to keep returning to it. The platform has an integrated reporting system so you know who has been sharing what and where. It also incorporates a points/leaderboard system which can be used to reward employees for their engagement in the program.
