KB Woods was launched by radio industry veteran Keith Woods in 2010, after spending 20 years in retail marketing, as well as on the board of directors for Salt River Project (SRP). Keith recognized that communications and public relations were evolving quickly, and envisioned KB Woods as the answer to businesses that wanted to outsource their media and PR departments to a third-party expert. In 2013, KB Woods created its own video news company, Handstage, in order to meet the growing demand for native video content.
