CAPTEL is an association membership development, PAC and non-profit fundraising company utilizing telephone and direct mail communications. The company also provides national meeting marketing support, member survey research, issues advocacy, coalition building and other "one-to-one"​ relationship communications services. CAPTEL was organized as National Capital Teleservices, L.L.C. in 1997 and maintains two full-service, state-of-the-art communications centers in Washington, D.C. and Thermopolis, Wyoming -- supported by 100 Client Representatives. CAPTEL's mission is to consistently produce superior and cost-efficient results for its clients through the use of effective, well-delivered phone and direct mail communications supported by leading-edge information management systems and database technologies.
