Feral is a PR and communications consultancy based in Cardiff, with clients across the UK and Nordics. It was established by Anders Nilsson, who has more than 14 years’ experience of leading integrated PR, SEO, social media, and content activity. Our reason for being is best summed up by the question: ‘so what?’. ‘So what?’ is among the hardest questions to answer because it requires complete objectivity. You love what you do, that’s a given, but you need to find ways to convince – not tell – others that they should too. A compelling answer to ‘so what?’, that appeals to people’s values, can do just that. It can make them care about what your organisation has to offer. And when people care, they become customers, employees, investors, donors, cheerleaders, and super-fans.
