Established in 1932 in New York City…Beacon Products started out as Manufacturers representatives serving the notions departments of major department stores and mail order accounts with an extensive line of products. In 1975 Edward Garey purchased Beacon products and began to transform the company into a National Sales and Marketing group, primarily selling Closet Storage and Bath storage products under the Richards Homewares and Better Bath brands on a National Basis. Over the years our distribution patterns have grown to include Specialty Retail chains, independent retail accounts, Mass Merchants and Leading Mail order and ecommerce retailers. We are proud of our 80 year history and excited about our company’s prospects for the future…Beacon Products has an over 2800sq.ft showroom in the heart of the flat iron district in Manhattan, NY and represents 100+ retail accounts today.
