Maskína was founded in 2010 by dr. Þorlákur Karlsson and Þóra Ásgeirsdóttir. Both have decades of research experience. At Maskína, we employ various methods of data collection, both quantitative and qualitative. We select research methods which best suit the goals of our clients, whether it is a telephone survey, web survey, focus groups, in-depth interviews or bulletin boards, amongst many other methods. Regardless of the method used, our main focus is to provide reliable, informative and useful results. As a research partner in Iceland Maskína is a perfect choice. We are well equipped with experience and various research methods, but we are also small enough to provide flexibility, efficiency and speed.
