ReachLocal's mission is to help small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) acquire, maintain and retain customers via the Internet. ReachLocal offers a comprehensive suite of online marketing solutions, including search engine marketing (ReachSearch™), Web presence (ReachCast™), display advertising (ReachDisplay™), online marketing analytics (TotalTrack®), and assisted chat service (TotalLiveChat™), each targeted to the SMB market. ReachLocal Services Pvt. Ltd. (“RL India”) was setup to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of ReachLocal, and created to solve many of the business process scaling issues of ReachLocal. As RL has grown, there is an acknowledged need to expand the Company’s software development resources and the operational resources associated with the implementation and management of RL India is intended to be a captive service organization located in India for the purpose of supporting the Company’s current technical operations and future software development.
