Kaizen Creative Partnership was founded by Creative Director, Barry Enderwick and Brand guy Gary Kenji McMath. Barry started at Netflix just three years after launch, in 2001. And helped take the startup from under a few hundred thousand US subscribers to over 23 million subscribers globally. Since leaving Netflix, Barry has been advising several startups on acquisition, UX, UI and social media integration. Gary started at Netflix in 2005 and helped grow Netflix from a few million US subscribers to over 33 million subscribers globally.
