The Biz Foundry

The Biz Foundry is the Entrepreneur Center for the Upper Cumberland Entrepreneurial Foundation, one of 6 in the state partnered with LaunchTN and TNECD. We are charged with building the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the 14 counties in the Upper Cumberland region: Cannon, Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Warren, White, and Van Buren Counties. Economic success and job growth is directly tied to the success of emerging companies. The primary purpose of our organization is to support the successful development of entrepreneurial companies by matching innovation, education, mentorship, and investments with aspiring entrepreneurs. The Upper Cumberland holds the knowledge, resources, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit to bring about a sustainable and vibrant startup community to the region.
