Based in Liverpool & London, we are a digital agency specialising in web design, web development, digital strategy, campaign management, video production and photography. Everything Adjust does is followed by the approach of Ikigai. Ikigai is a Japanese concept that means "a reason for being." The word translated to English roughly means "the reason for which you wake up in the morning”. In the book 'Ikigai' it talks about a Michelin three-star sushi restaurant located in a Tokyo Metro station. The owner Jiro doesn’t want to grow any larger than the one small ten seater restaurant at the station, all that matters is making the best sushi in the world. Adjust has no goal to be a ‘big agency’, we just want to do great things and deliver projects we’re proud of, and also the best. Web design, development and video production is where we find our creative flow in particular, and this is our Ikigai.
