The Garrity Group is an integrated public relations firm that helps small companies to be heard and large organizations to be understood. Established in 1997 and based in Albuquerque, our team provides media relations, issue management, crisis communications, digital media training, marketing and event awareness. Through innovative and creative strategies, our team creates measurable results for clients. In the past year, we've helped our clients achieve remarkable successes on the initiatives that matter most to them. We increased volunteer participation rates at Comcast's annual Comcast Cares Day in New Mexico by more than 35 percent, while generating dozens of unique media stories across the state. For New Mexico's largest tourism event, our team secured 560 unique online news stories, appearances on NBC, National Geographic Traveler, CBS news, and The Travel Channel, nearly 1 million Twitter impressions and a 22.7 percent increase in Facebook impressions for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. Our work has been honored with two national Bronze Anvil Awards from the Public Relations Society of America, as well as five Best of Show awards and more than 50 gold, silver and bronze Cumbre Awards from the Public Relations Society of America's New Mexico Chapter.
