Owner Vicki Taylor Brous has worked in marketing, events, and public relations for the past 20 years, with a focus on real estate development and non-profit work. Her experience spans organizations and events such as the Downtown Ithaca Alliance, Farm Aid, and the Ithaca Festival. Natasha Bratkovski joins Flair with experience in website design and social media marketing for local non-profits, and has also served in various administrative roles, most recently as the company associate for Opera Ithaca. With their local connections and passion for strategic communications, Vicki and Natasha are ecstatic to help businesses near and far realize their full potential with a healthy amount of Ithaca flair.
